We all know that Google Adsense is a program where you can earn money by publishing ads of Google in your website or a blog. Here is a step by step procedure to apply for Google Adsense program.

• You have to fill up the URL of your website ( for ex. http://www.yoursitename.com). Please do not forget to to put http:// before your site name. Otherwise it will not be accepted by Google
• The content in your website should always be in English. You cannot get Google Adsense approval if you select any other language.
• Now tick both these boxes. -- I will not place ads on sites that include incentives to click on ads. -- I will not place ads on sites that include pornographic content or illegal content.
• Now you have to choose Account type. You can choose a business account or a personal account as your payee name
• Your payee name should match the account name in your bank account
• Now you need to enter correct address in the appropriate boxes. You can change the address later on after getting approval from Google. Payee name cannot never be changed.
• You also need to enter your phone number, email preference to receive occasional news letter and announcements from Google.
• You need to respond to a question "How did you find Google Adsense?". For this you can always select Friends and Colleagues.
• Now you have to accept the Adsense program policies
